What does the $500 cover?

The Hangar licence for one server, for one month: as many desktops as the hardware runs, desktop images, optional reset, the vault, recordings and the log, the API and MCP, updates and email support. Remote technical setup is a one-time $2,000. Process automation, AI model usage and the hardware are not included. Prices are in USD, excluding VAT.

Does the price include implementation?

Technical setup is a one-time $2,000: we install Hangar with you remotely and build your first desktop image. Process automation is not part of the licence. Each process gets a fixed price, agreed before work starts, quoted by your implementation partner or by us. Your own team can also build it through the API and MCP.

What does Enterprise add?

Do I pay per desktop or per agent?

No. You pay for the server, and you run as many desktops and agents on it as your hardware can handle.

What hardware do I need?

Your own server, a VM in your cloud account or a workstation. How many desktops run at once depends on its processor and memory.

Are AI model costs included?

No. Your agents use models from Appto, Claude, ChatGPT or another provider, and that provider bills you for the usage.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The plan is billed monthly and you can cancel any month. The hardware is yours, and the desktops, files and recordings are kept on it.

Is there a pilot?

The first step is the technical setup: for a one-time $2,000 we install Hangar on your server with you and build your first desktop image. After that the plan is billed monthly, and you can cancel any month. The automation itself is built by your team, an implementation partner or with us.
